Internal Qigong Alchemy
Amadis offers weekly evening Internal Qigong classes, which includes ‘Internal Alchemy’ and ‘Medical Qigong’.
Medical Qigong is an ideal supplement to acupuncture as it further benefits the health and wellbeing of those who do it. It is particularly useful for long-standing conditions and debility.
